Brian Armour qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joined Anderson Fyfe in 1996. He was made a partner in 2005. Brian has a wide range of commercial property expertise ranging from landlord and tenant, purchase, sale, acquisition and development of various sizes of projects ranging from small owner-occupied commercial premises to large retail units, factories and offices. Brian has particular interest in the state of Scottish property law post the suite of recent property statutes and has advised owners, developers, property managers and residents associations on various aspects of the new laws. Brian has also had considerable experience in site acquisitions both for public and private corporations and other agencies.
