David Chaplin is the senior partner in Anderson Fyfe LLP. He has been a partner in the firm since 1975. David is an accredited insolvency specialist. His expertise in this field is used in general corporate work to provide advice to those involved in the acquisition or disposal of companies which are in, or in danger of entering into receivership, liquidation or administration. As a consequence, David's work sometimes crosses over with that of the commercial litigation and departments and he is often involved in negotiation with receivers, liquidators or administrators.
