Kenneth Meldrum qualified as a solicitor in 1987. He has been head of Anderson Fyfe LLP's commercial property department for the last 11 years. Kenneth is involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, specialising in land acquisitions for house builders, property development companies and quarrying companies, mixed commercial/residential developments and business park site acquisitions/disposals and commercial leasing. His clients include Redrow Homes, Park Lane Developments and Cemex plc.
