Alan qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Anderson Fyfe in 2001. He has specialised in insolvency and debt recovery since that time, with a particular focus on insolvency and corporate recovery work. He has particular expertise in personal and corporate insolvency, advising trustees and IPs on a wide range of issues (including entitlement to legacies, trust matters and division and sale issues).
